Managed to make my BF's dog, Frankie, a sweater. :3

Now I'm going to start a pineapple doily/table runner (haven't decided yet) for the kitchen table.

I'm having a lot of trouble knitting for some reason. I know how to crochet but I really want to knit since it looks like something for me to sit and focus on for a while! >.<

After getting frustrated and giving up, I just went to the store yesterday and bought a set of those 'knifty knitter' looms. I like them because I can make some nice thick scarves :3 I shall leave crochet to my beanies~

That's how my addiction started.

xD
I hate the looms. I just get US 15 needles.
Looms...meh. I like being able to hold my work and be able to increase and decrease.
I was the same way with crochet. I just kept at it until I got it. :P

I wouldn't mind trying a knifty knitter just can't get the hang of knitting. What can you make with the knifty knitter?

Anything flat or round. So a hat, scarf, pot holders...ect. You can't do anything fancy on it and can only do basic knit & purl on it. So no cool stitches or lace work.

Oh, well. That's fine. I'm not into doing a lot of fancy stuff anyway.

I became addicted to crocheting when I broke my back last August and had to rest for 3 months, haha.

Some things I've made:

http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/libr...arling-handbag

Cthulhu! http://cthulhucrochet.blogspot.com/2...e-pattern.html

HUGE V-stitch blanket. It's about 6.5' by 4.5'. The white border is sparkly yarn, hahaha.

Luna Lovegood scarf! http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/libr...lovegood-scarf

Victorian Lace bookmark. Not sure where the pattern for this got to.

Snowflake table runner. I actually made three of these. That big one is I think 16 snowflakes long. The others were 3 and 4 snowflakes long, so more like centerpieces than table runners (for small round tables). http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/libr...e-table-runner
