what do you mean Rate him? like quality, he has a pretty long anal, but like 7 or 8 of 10 ;P

If I'm not to tired to tell he's got great dragon scales and a mask, I love that in betta.
His anal fin looks abit to long but he's still a very pretty boy :)

I like the full dragon scaling. A lot of the time many dragons don't have the full scaling. With patches missing, he has a great caudal fin, it's hard to find a great 180% spread, and doesn't have ruffled edges. He does need sharper edges though, his ventrals are good too. They aren't very skinny.
