Looks like finrot to me. Well, if you really can't move her you'll have to treat the whole tank anyway which should pretty much ensure your female doesn't contract it. Hopefully it should clear up quite quickly since you seem to be taking really good care of them.

I got a betta at Petsmart and I thought maybe he was young and under developed, well doing more research I think maybe he was attacked. I have not seen him biting so I'm stumped. I made a video would love to get feedback from anyone who knows enough to tell me what may be wrong and what I can do. Oh hes supposed to be a halfmoon.

I have some fin growth was hoping anyone could tell me if they think his fins will shape properly or not. Put up before and after from May 5th when I got him and today.
