Kinzoku my king betta

Okay so I have made a few threads of this guy. But I took a pic today and was just stunned. He is turning into such a beauty. I got a new guy I was originally going to show off, but it takes over an hour to upload pics with my internet connecting so i only got the last one uploaded and just had to share it. He was flaring at the new guy and just plain showing off. I was just stunned by his beauty lol
He started in a 1.5 and is now in a NPT 5 gallon. He loves it and his colors are showing it!

It does make a difference..He is gorgeous..and I am finding out the same thing..with my new rescue.. I cannot beleive how much they change in the right enviornment!! It's a beautiful thing:)

What a gorgeous find! He is just beautiful as far as fish go. To be honest I
have seen so many people's king betta and giants but yours makes me really
want one. Ha ha ha, I never have much looked at them but once or twice but
now I am really intrigued with them and would definitely like one in the future.

Thanks. Yeah enviroment makes a huge difference. I find my marble do wonderful in planted tanks.
Michbelle I never liked Kings until I found this guy. I always thought they were kind of scary haha but when I found this guy I just knew he was mine. He is by far my favorite out of all my bettas and his tank sits right next to my bed so I can see and talk to him all the time. I also find many of the kings to be rather dull colored. I have another king he I estimate he is around 3 he has blue fins but a brownish gray body. He was never much of a looker. I like him all the same, but looks wise he just never appealed to me.
