Why do males make bubblenests when not spawning? Taz is working on one happy as can be

It's an instinct. Most of the time they do this to mark their territory. Yay! Taz is marking! :D

Lol, I put a oak leaf in the tank. he blows bubbles, flares at the leaf, then goes back to blowing bubbles
