Do you think that TIME can heal fin rot ?

In my opinion time can heal it ..
I have a veiltail for 7.5 months , his back fin started to be rotten about three months ago ... I didn't use any medicine because I didn't think it was very serious - and now his fin gets renewed again

I bought a halfmoon betta before one month , and I put him in a tank that I couldn't clean... I moved him into a smaller one but one that I could clean without injuring him and he got a serious fin rot - but i think that the movement helped him and it seems like his back fin is growing again ... I think that it's true ^^

I hope I'll get a bigger tank for all my three bettas for my birthday next year ... And I'll separate it of course .

Water changes help. If you kept up on the water changes thats probably what reversed it. If left alone and nothing was done it get really bad and spreads to the body. Doing absolutely nothing will kill your fish, but by simply keeping up on water changes you do solve the problem

I have a crowny who had really bad fin rot and pop eye. After the pop-eye healed, I dosed him with meds for his fins one week and three months later he has his crown tips back. I do very slight water changes cause his tank is pretty big, so I wouldn't link it to that. But I think dosing the fish with something to kill off the rot and then letting it be is the best way to do it.

But that's just me.

I do water changes .. It seems like it helps ..
You see , my halfmoon back fin got separated to three parts (!!) it looked like his fin is torn . He had two raptures and one of them is getting healed right now ^^
