I see. You just have to be do careful with CT genes because their fin delicacy. You have to post pictures of the whites.

He is 3rd generation from my fishroom. The first generation I bred was in 8.2 ph water and about half of them looked like I'd put there fin rays in curlers. I moved to my property in Harrison, AR last year and the Black Orchids I raised there were all good and for the most part had straight rays. Now that I moved back up to Branson the ph is close to 8.0 but they are holding their rays. I never have a problem with my Gold CT's and I have a new spawn of White ones so I'll see how they do in the higher ph.

Chard...I've been obsessing about the black devil CT you have on Aquabid. I was originally looking around for a black orchid CT but the devil is adorable. I don't have an Aquabid account and don't want to create one (too much temptation!). Any way to arrange buying him or one of your black orchids through the forum?

Absolutely! I have people mail me checks or money orders all the time. These guys sell out fast so if you want one you need to get one while the gettin's good! I only kept two males out of the last spawn and sent them to the IBC shows this year. I'm only going to sell a few and keep the rest to see which ones I'll be showing this fall when the show season starts again.

I'd love the black devil. I've got a paypal account so need for checks or moneyorder. What days do send out? Gotta make sure I will be home for arrival. I work at an emergency vet hospital and my hours are wonky. Lemme know how to make arrangements for payment. *giddy with excitement*

Hey Chard I was wondering if you had any mustard gas or yellow hm's? I am looking for a male. Also unfortunatly I lost most of the fish you sent me from a raging bacteria the ones that survived and huge and wonderful.

I have a 10 week old spawn growing out from my Red White and Blue line. Even though they are 5th generation they still throw Platinum Red, Platinum Blue; Cambodian and a few Platinum Yellows. It would be a few weeks yet before I can tell if there will be any that will stay or hold the yellow coloring.
