1. What kind of lighting works with an extra large Kritter Keeper?

2. I have several aqueon mini-bows, is it possible to upgrade the incandescent bulbs they come with to similarly-sized compact flourescent bulbs? I see that aqueon makes them.

1. For the XL KK I would use a desk lamp or something like that with one of the CFL bulbs.

2. Yes you can upgrade the bulbs, just keep the wattage under the max wattage warning. I put in a 15W in mine and it works great, not that I have too many medium light plants.

Yes you can use the Aqueon incandescent bulbs. Like AquaKai said just make sure the wattage is 15w or less. Petsmart sells the bulbs for 2.99 each.
