I used to own a few betta fish in the past and they died of due to old age/or diseases. I had two bettas in the filtered divided 5 gallon tank and this male got severe fin rot and died after a few months of trying to treat him. (He's a doubletail) So the last remaining is a female betta. (a female veiltail) She lived for a year and died for unknown reasons. I just loved this little girl. She would jump for food. She had a quite of personality.


I recently joined this forum and found it to be very helpful for me and my six betta fish that I bought in last month ago. Yes, I bought six bettas in a month and I keep them in 1.5 gallon tanks! They were happy and swimming around just for food! Everytime I walk by them, they would just greet me and swimming in circle.

I have a halfmoon (Shemar) and a plakat (Dr.Reid) , a crowntail (Chief Chowig) and 3 veiltails. (Unicorn, Nownkun , Emanon)

I'll be uploading some pictures of them soon... I hope they would cooperate with my camera! Haha!

Yes! They always get excited when I get closer... they thought they're going to get fed. haha! I often take countless pictures of them.., I had to find a few perfect pics... lol kind of...
