Color Change?

For starters, my water parameters are on the dot, temp is a constant 78-80 degrees, and i do water changes.

I recently added 4 ghost shrimp to assist the cleaning of Frazzle's tank.

Anyways, when I bought my gorgeous little Crowntail, he was red with a pink body, and had emerald tips on his fins. Now that I look at him, he seems like he's changing colors completely to emerald/copper.

Is this a disease or something?

No. He could either be marbling (that's always fun) or just showing his true colors more.

He might be changing colors because he's properly cared for. :) If he gets paler, THEN you should worry.

Marbling is like changing colors. It's the way they are. That's why it's always fun! :D

In regular light my whites look like my avatar guy. But as you can see here... the light causes that to change.

They look beautiful! I want to get some nice colored ones but Petsmart doesnt have the kinds I like... I prefer Crowntails or Halfmoons, but they seem to be marking them wrong at the store :/
