Question 2 Bubblers....To Much?

Hello everyone i bought a 10g tank from petsmart a couple day ago (I love it. It makes my room) it has 1 snail for decoration and algea control if any appears.
Today i bought a air pump a tetra whisper 20 (its for 20 gallon) and a dragon decoration that is a bubbler and a airstone but i think but my boy skyline is scared he just hides behind the dragon away from bubbles and behind the filter.
So my question is are the bubbles to much?

If you just want it for decoration I would remove the bubble stone. The dragon ornament is fine. Two bubblers is a bit of overkill on a single 10 gal with just a betta. They will also produce extra water movement which can upset bettas.
