Live Plant Lights

So I'm not a total newbie to live plants, I had a 20 gal L with the deluxe light strip with the daylight 6700K light. But had to switch my boys over to the 10 gal for college. The hood is setup for 2 basic bulbs. I currently have the energystar 'twisty' lights in there, 10W each I believe. But I can't find a K reading on the box (bought these the last time the 10 was setup so I don't remember). So I just want some bulbs that will fit in the hood, there is the plastic piece that 'folds over' the lights so I can't have too high of a wattage where it gets too hot to melt that plastic piece. Anyway if anyone can provide links to specific bulbs that I can find at like target or walmart with a 6500 K reading, my plants will thank you!

However, you can get brand new 26watt CFL bulbs which are equivalent to a standard 100watt bulb for about $1 or less if you keep your eyes open.

There's one Ace Hardware about 12 mins away where they have this special Save the Earth type promotion where if you sign up, they'll give you a FREE bulb every month. I found out through one of their employees I befriended, but he failed to mention it to me till another customer came in asking for her monthly freebie.

walmart has 6500k lightbulbs in the fish section about $5 each.
