Beginning signs of Fine Rot?

She's still very young so it may just be her color coming in, but i wanted to be sure.

Housing
Tank size: 1 gallon
Temperature: 77 degrees
Filter: No
Aeration: No
Tank Heated: Yes
Tank Mates: None

Food
What type of food: Aqueon Betta Food pellets
How often: two every twelve hours (she is very small and feeding her three tends to make her a little bloated)

Maintenance
How often do you perform a water change?
one 25% water change every day (since i do not have a filter) and one 100% water change once a week.
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change?
I add betta bowl Plus for conditioner, nothing else

I would say if he's not acting sick then he's not. Just looks to be his coloring coming in. I've seen that a lot with reds recently. If he starts to get lethargic or "lazy" then I'd worry but for now he looks/sound good to go.
