He is really really pretty, where did you get him? I don't know if it is a shadow on his caudal fin but maybe he has fin rot? Not sure maybe somebody else can give advice. Really great find!!
Yes, good observation, I think he has fin rot. He was from a LFS the same one I got Clampy from. His ventrals are very long, so I am guessing the fin rot may be from tailbiting..Got him in clean water and he made a huge bubblenest last night.
