Dropsy Help!

Midst a move I might have looked over him a little to much but he had been acting normal. He was kept above 68 for the move he was in good health before. I found him sideways unable to reach the surface an hour ago. He was moved to a low water level in a cup with epsom salt. He is at 82 constant now and is upright but I noticed swelling and slight pinecone ing under his dorsal :( Help me!

If it is dropsy, there isn't much you can do. I read in the Betta book I bought that if your fish does have dropsy, the best thing to do is euthanize it by placing it in a cup with shallow water and then placing in the freezer...

The below link has some more info on it.
