I think we're good. Cleaned the glass on the outside and cloudiness is gone. Lol. Guess I should have tried that earlier. Opppssss

And yes the filter is new and yes it is turned on.

sounds like you are rite aokashi.i did that before as well.wasnt cleaned enough..cleaned everything again..was jut fine :)
