Walmart CT rescues

So I have been telling myself I was NOT going to be getting any more bettas because I wanted to save space for another breeding pair I was hoping to get in september.. but I went to walmart.. and my feet dragged me to the bettas! I had no control!

So I ended up with these two beautiful CT boys. It lookedas if someone accident spilled soda in one of them because the lid was sticky and the water was a tannish brown. They are in good health but had the nastiest water.. Anyway here they are!

Meet Baron and Castor!

Sorry they arent the best quality photos, the type of glass plus my ipod touch camera isnt the best mix. Plus Baron wouldnt let me get a good shot of his face >_<

Aww! They're so cute! You did a great thing with those bettas. I couldn't imagine the idiot that probably though that it would be a good idea to put soda in a betta bowl, probably one of my own... (a teen) But great job, hopefully you'll add more pictures

Thank you :) The kids at the walmart I go to are out of control all the time.. Theres times where I find them putting all the bettas in groups.. others will think its funny to flip the cups over and back quickly, ugh and worst part is they do it in front of their parents and their parents don't say anything!

Turns out Castor is a heavy sleeper unlike Baron where one flick of the light and hes away like an early bird. :)
