Question Home Remedy For Calcium Stains?(Has to be Fish-SAFE)

Hey everybody,

i have been having some calcium stains lately, and i was wondering how i could get them to come off? I would like my tank to be as clean and nice-looking as possible :)

I have heard 50% vinegar and 50% water does the trick? Is this fish-safe?!

Thank you!

If your tank is glass a razor blade works like a charm. If it's acrylic.. There are acrylic safe scrapers.

Yea, just scrape away next water change.
I don't know about the hood, I tried a super sharp razor on my black trim and part of the plastic came off. Vinegar will work on the hood.
I use a rectangular blade such as this:
