Damaged Fin

The situation is that my betta's actually its just 3 of them that got damaged.

The divider didn't hold so they got loose and all hell broke loose on that container.
Can anyone tell me if their fin's will still grow back?..

They were so beautiful and not its like he's got a W *Sob*...
