A good plant next to heater?

I have a heater in the corner of my tank that I have been trying to cover up for the longest time. I want a live plant but anything I try in that corner dies within days, I suppose it is because of the heater.

Is there a particularly hardy plant that would like to grow next to a heater that I can use to plant there to cover it from view?

I was thinking to try water wisteria next.

Water Wistera, Hornwort, Jungle Val, or an Amazon Sword. You could also grow some Java Moss on it but I wouldn't.

Have you tried anacharis? It is a super hardy plant that requires minimal light and can handle more extreme temps, sames as hornwort, but it can shed its needles and cause a mess.

Jungle Val was my latest victim.

Cabomba looks just like Hornwort and I did manage to kiss Horwort before as well. :(

Water Wistera was going to be my next try but I am worried it would be too bushy for my little tank. But Guppy seems to like the more bushy plants.

Anacharis might be a good one to try since you have had success with it. It is a dark corner of the tank.

Is that the one that sheds seed or did you mean the horwort?

My horwort probably died because of poor lighting, I had it in there before I had the plant lights, but even now, the plant lights don't really get to that corner of the tank so I would not risk a high light plant there.
