Neo Tetra Nightmare!!!

I know this is a Betta site but Neo Tetras seem to be fair game as tank mates so maybe one of you can assist me other than me having to search the vastness of the Internet and scare myself to death with mixed info.

Do I really have to do this?
It's a 10gal, temp is in low 80s.
Parameters are... *shrugs* Normal
I have 6 Neo tetras
1 Betta
And 2 Bamboo shrimp
And a snail issue (they just keep coming!)

Anyway recently one Neo had gotten a little bloated... They all seem to go through this phase now and then since they are egg layers so I never thought much of it.

This time one little guy/girl is massive! Even photos I find online are nothing in comparison! I kept staring at him/her and just kept worrying that they'll explode!

I've already ruled out fin rot and diseases, he/she is happy as a lark and acts normal but I feel one wrong move and BOOM which makes me nervous to try and catch them and quarantine him/her.

I have pee's and Epsom salt... And Marycyn.

I'd post a pic but honestly just imagine a pregnant tetra... Then times that by 4.

You guys saved Sotto when he had that horrid parasite so hoping you can help me here as well. ...

It may be constipation but YEEESH that's stretching it.

Their color is perfect... But already panicking after reading stuff... Well not so much panicking as I am just paranoid of an exploding fish.

Transparent so I'm assuming fluid build up... I finally got up the nerve and netted him/her, and now have them in a floated mini fish hospital and will give them fresh salted water every so often... Tried giving them a pea...

What is with people and peas they act like fish must love to eat them! Tried part of one (skinned) and he/she just ignored it and proceeds to thrash about annoyed. Now I have a balloon tetra with bits of pea floating around, don't feel like cleaning that water again for now... I'd rather he/she calms abit before changing it again.

Everywhere I look a salt bath and clean water seems to be the default for possible fluid build up... So we shall see what we shall see.

I just wish Sotto would stop being so dang curious of the floated mini fish bowl.

Before you freak, his/her eyes are actually normal just noticed the bad quality makes them look massive XD

maybe its neon tetra disease? It fairly common in them.

I once had a neon tetra who got BIG, not quite that big, but big, and i thought it was constipated, i fasted it, and BOOM i found a half skeleton half scaled fish on the bottom of my tank where my snail was eating it. Thats when i vowed NEVER to have any fish other than Bettas, which have thrived in my tanks.

I hope he/she gets better! Research neon tetra disease.

I don't mean to scare you, but this fish may have fish tuberculosis. Fish TB is not in ANY way related to human TB. But I beg to NOT under ANY circumstances put your hand/arm in the tank if you have any open sores.My guppy had it and it looked exactly the same. Also check to see whether any other fish in the tank that have bent backs, that is also a symptom of fish TB. I'd like to see if anyone else thinks it is TB. The most humane thing to do would be to euthanize him/her if we can confirm it as fish TB. And I urge you if you do euthanize it, to not freeze it of use clove oil/vodka methods, I just don't believe they are humane. Using a hammer seems the most humane (it is what I did with poor Sunset the guppy. :( ) I'm so sorry. :(
