New Bette

So I went to Walmart the other day and I thought I would look at the bettas. Well sadly there was a dead one and a a bunch of ones with dirty water. I cleaned the bowls with dirty water and put clean water in. (No I am not a Walmart employee.). Anyways I saw two really pretty males, a purple CT that looked like it had stripes on its side, and a pretty white and red VT. So after walking around the store with them for a while I decided to get the red and white VT. On the way home I was studying him closely and I noticed that his eyes are different. On both eyes half of iris is blue and half is a brown. I was wondering if this was unusual or normal and if none else had seen bettas like this.

It's common for an eye to have two colors, don't worry. :) He sounds pretty. Pics? Oh, and good job for cleaning the water. :)

Ok. I have just never seen one before. Thank you he is very pretty, at least in my biased opinion. :). Haha as soon as I find my camera I will put some pics on. Thank you. I just feel bad for all the poor bettas.

Your welcome. :) I've seen a few Bettas with double eye color. And I feel bad for the poor guys too.
