Thanks.

I like it because It comes with sand... but i feel guilty paying that much :/

It would be cheaper to buy a 20 gallon for $60 a complete set.. but I don't know

3. It really is going to come down to the individual fish you have. Some fish are just trouble makers.
4. Dedicate a day to keep a close watch on whats happening in the tank. Have a backup plan for aggressive fish.
5. It was not as hard or scary as I thought it would be.
6.Enjoy! A small group of females are so pretty together.

I just jumped in! 9 girls in a 20 gallon and no huge problems yet. Not that it will never happen but so far I love my tank full of pretty fish (Their pictures are in my album if you are interested http://www.bettafish.com/album.php?albumid=4169 )

Otter, that blue water isn't dye, it's Methyline Blue, a medicine they use sort of as preventative measure against common betta diseases.

A quick note: be sure when you buy your girls that they ARE GIRLS. I can only imagine tragedy if you accidentally put a short finned boy in with the girls. I say this because you mentioned the dragonscales at petsmart, and the ones I've seen sold have only ever been boys of varying tail length.
