I found a small unglazed flower pot in the craft section at Walmart for $1...I need something small for Beau's 1g bowl..it is safe to use something that is unglazed?

Do you mean the terra cotta pots? If so, that's perfectly fine. :)

No it's not a terra cotta pot..it's a white one you would normally buy to paint and plant..just plain fired clay.
