One of the betta tanks at my store is not doing well at all. The tank is a divided 20 long and has been running for quite some time now. It has recently developed a bit of an algae problem, but that's since been taken care of. All of the long-finned bettas in the divided tank (VTs and HMs) have developed fin melt and become rather lethargic. I'm at a loss for what the problem is here and what to do about it. Please help!

What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change? 20-50%
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change? For RO water: RO Right and Neutral Regulator, for tap water: Stress Coat
