How many fish can i fit in my 20L

I have a 20L tank with male betta and 6 neons. All undergravel filtered. I have two small and one large live plants in there.

How many more fish can i fit in my tank? If any? I was hoping to get either a dalmation mollie and a catfish.

2-3 Hara haras, 1 bristlenose pleco/Panaque maccus or 6-8 Panda corydoras/Corydoras habrosus.

It's a 20 litre tank. Not 20 gallons. I wish

20 liters is about 5.2ish gallons i wouldnt get much more stalked than that.

Yeah, that's a very well stocked tank, I really won't feel comfortable adding any more to that.
