Hatchet is eating his fins !?

I was in the process of changingg his water so he was a bit freaked out and runningg around...

Hatchet's tail fin thingyy looks like its disappearing !! I don't know what is goingg on ... is he biting it? Is it rotting? It doesn't reallyy look discolored or anything... I put him in a bigger tank for just in case if he is stressed and I put Monster in the smaller tank because he is still a babyy so the smaller tank fits him better anyways...

But I am so worried...

Is there a home remedy for stress relief on a fish that I can do? Or medicines?
