betta wont eat

ok i got my betta last week and put him in a one gallon tank and he ate once while in there, three days later i moved him to a 2.5 gallon tank and now he just wont eat. he either lays at the bottom or the top.. i even bought him blood worms. he hasnt eaten for weeka nd i always toss food in there and it ends up floating to bottom.. what the heck? and its heated and everything. and in mornings is it normal for fish to sleep even when the light is on . like i poked him to wake him up cause he looked dead..

Do you know what the temperature is? When was your last water change and how much? Is he breathing heavily when he lays on the bottom? Have you noticed any kind of change in his physical appearance...? By any chance do you know your levels(Ammonia, NitrIte and NitrAte)?
