Suggestion... Make your divider high if you can, or separate tanks. That first pic honestly looks like a zombie fish... I remeber my CT got his head stuck in an orament and i had to push it back through... Did it slowly and at one point i though i crushed his skull. Epson salts and dark healed him up nice, exept his red scale came back as emerald green :p time heals all wouunds

Zombie fish... maybe it was just the lighting.

He is a bit more active now and I plan on ordering a new 20 gallon with some better dividers once fry in the 10 gallon tank are bigger and I can move them without so much worry that I'm going to traumatize them for life.

And slat on external wounds? I mean I know salt on an open cut hurts like the dickens so I can only imagine...
