I am researching plakats, ive never had a plakat before, only vt's and now a halfmoon double tail. Ive seen the plakats in the petstore and I am looking into getting plakats for my divided tank. I would love to see pics and hear stories/experiences of your plakat! :)

I am a BIG fan of Plakats, they're my second favorite tail type after veils! They definitely tend to be more active IMO because they don't have huge fins weighing them down!

Oh I LOVE PKs, definitely my favorite tail type next to CT. As gorgeous as the longer-finned boys can be, PKs are so quick and spunky without their big fins weighing them down, and HMPKS are like little miniature HMs....The lovely spread and form without the big tails or risk of biting!!
I've had a few PKs, but these are my two current ones.

Iceman and Gambit were my first PKs, two of three of the very first ones we started to carry in my LPS where I worked at the time. I LOVED those two to death. <3 Such amazing little spunky personalities, I really miss them.
