Well I can order some internal parasite medicine tomorrow, online. It'll still take like 3 days to get here.. Do you think he'll be okay till then? He always just spits his food out.

Do you feed pellets? They could just be too big for his mouth. Try crushing one up into smaller bits with the back of a spoon and use the inside of the food cap. Then see if he will eat, Aquarius had the same problem it was just the pellets were too big for his mouth. Try that first.
