My room is hot, my filters make heat... and im freaking out.

I need to cool my water down but idk how... i dont want to add cold water stright to the tank.

HELP?

Also, my freaking thermometers are both saying different temps. Any digital out there?

Take regular plastic water bottle (or anything that can hold water without leaking it into the tank) and fill it with cold water from the tap.

Then you can let it float in your tank and it will help cool down the water a bit. I did this with a glass bottle when our AC went out and the water hit over 90 degrees, and it helped keep my temperature at roughly 84.

Pretty much the same principal but I fill plastic baggies with ice and let them float around. Where are the 2 thermometers placed? One that is closest to the filter will be warmer than one farther away.
