Well because they were trying to "train" me, but it didn't count as work hours, they couldn't stick with what I already knew even though that was the original agreement. Also, I already know how to work with horses, but it was liek who get what food and who goes where and with who. Also, its not really abuse or neglect, its legal, but its hard to explain :/ these horses have specail needs to form a relationship with someone and nobody at the barn has time. the slapping is how you train them not to do somethign wrong, but everyone assumes they are trained because if they know better its perfectly fine to slap them, it doesn't hurt them, but these horses are so timid it just makes it worse and nobody understands T-T
