Something wrong with his spine?

I think his spine has always been like this....it's more pronounced now.
Never realized something might be wrong with it until today, when I was taking some pictures of him and my room was very well-lit.
His behavior is normal betta activity...
I did a 100% water change last night in his 3 gallon tank, which I do weekly.
He has a heater (heats 5-10 degrees above the current tank temp), which is on usually 24/7 unless it's very hot in the house and therefore the temp readings in the tank are high.
Often throughout the week I'll do a 20% water change with a turkey baster and just top off the water if it looks a bit low.
Other than that, sometimes I add a teaspoon of Kosher salt to keep Om's wounds clean (he's a tailbiter) and I like to mix around the decor so he doesn't get too bored.
Yesterday when I did my water change I just left in his hidey-hole mug, and then put in a fancy vase, filled it with gravel, and put the Marimo moss ball on top.
Simple as that.
He's maybe 14 months old, I got him in the beginning of January (either that or the day after Christmas, I think)
There haven't been any illnesses since then, just the occasional bloat from eating too much or a ripped fin from flaring.
He just acts normal.
And if there are any whitish specks you see on him, it's just bubbles that stuck to him that rose from the sides of the tank and the decorations.

he does seem to have a bit of a lumpy spine.... but if it doesn't bother him in any way, i don't think there's anything to worry about 8U
