Last night, I added some new ghost shrimp to my 10 gallon tank that also houses one of my female bettas and a snail. I checked on them about 10 minutes later, and I noticed that my girl, Betsy Ross, had all of a sudden become SUPER HUGE. Is it more likely that she did something like, ate shrimp (or two) or some algae wafers, or can them being eggy come on like that? She looks more bloated than when she just eats too much, but she's acting terribly pleased with herself. I tried to get a pic for reference, but she's so zippy my iphone cam just can't focus on her :P The tank is so heavily planted with so many hidey holes I really can't tell if any shrimp are missing or not.
