OMG that is exactly what my beta looks like, and it happened over the past 8 hours. I left him this morning and now he looks all swollen like he will pop. What was the outcome with your beta?

swollen beta fish

OMG my beta looks about the same way, and it happened over about 8 hours. Like he is about to pop. What was the outcome with your Beta?? Was it over feeding, I feed him about 8 pellets a day too.

don't feed him and see if bloating will go away. I would use epsom salt. It helps to clean digestive system.
I don't know about 4 pellest at once . I feed all my betas 2 pellets or i can give them sometimes 4 rarely though. But the ones that i give 4 are really small New Life Spectrum.

How is his poo? When is last time you saw hes poo? And what color his poo? I hope he don't have internal parasites.

I had accident one time with my betta long time ago. My bf give him too many pellets and he was bloated very badly. It took about 3 fasting days for him to go back to normal.

Do you have Epsom salt?

wow i am tired i didn't even realized the post from 9 days ago sorry...I guess i am too late....How is your betta?
