Help identifying a plant

When I first set up my first tank, I gave my hubby a list of plants to pick up from the store. He came back and said 'they didn't have any of them, so I got these.'

I'm wondering if I've accidentally planted something that really isn't fully aquatic. Can you identify this plant and tell me if I should take it out?

I'm referring to the tree-like fern in the near right corner that Jayne is swimming near.

Thanks!!

Thanks. I looked that up, and yep - it was an aquatic fern. I'm replacing it with a Java Fern later today.
