Ive been battling the fin rot from when I got my betta.
Ive done the salt treatment and water changes everyday, it did work for about a week then the blank gunk came back and his fins starting to get eaten away.
Ive now had to resort to a more invasive measure of a actual medication for it.
I bought Interpet anti-fungus and finrot treatment after huge success from their anti-whitespot treatment when I had an outbreak of it in my community tank
I dosed his tank with the amount it said to put in and followed its instructions.
He flipped out a bit a few minutes after I put it in so it stung maybe?
He has been fine but for these last few hours he keeps resting on the gravel and not really in the mood for dinner. He even put his nose up to a blood worm and he loves them.
Should I do a water change to remove the medication and chuck some carbon in the filter?
