Edit: I know I don't know you, Mo, but I'm sad to hear you're leaving. Unlike a lot of people, instead of trying to make you stay, I'll just say that it's best that you do what is right for you. It'd be nice if you stayed, but if I were in your position, I'd probably want a break, too. There's nothing wrong with that. I hope that you come back.
