I have a vinegar eel culture that I have had for a while. I forgot about it and I am wondering if its possibly still usable? I am not sure whether I should add to the existing culture (apple pieces, water, juice) and then create a new one in a few weeks or use a portion of what I have and start a new one. I hope I am making sense. Basicly Im not sure how long a VE culture stays active without being fed.

Also.... my microworm cultures are pretty scary looking. Is there any chance I could start new ones with what I have or do I need to just get a new starter?

Its been 6 yrs since I have spawned so I have forgotten alot of what I used to know.

Can you SEE VE or MW in either culture? If yes I would say you wont have a problem starting up new cultures. If not...mmm... you might be able to w the MW but the VE might be a goner. :)
