Oops my bad, well I was close ;), yeah but I'm sure you'll be in good hands now. All of the more experienced members have arrived so I would listen to them, anybody in IBC is pretty devoted to bettas so I respect that for sure. Anyway good luck

He may just have swim bladder disease which can usually be cured with 1 teaspoon per gallon of epsom salt. I do beleive it is caused by overfeeding in most cases. I would not feed for a day or so and do the epsom salt treatment for 24 hours and see what happens. Its usually not fatal but it does make them look pretty pathetic.

I could be something else but my first guess would be swim bladder issues.
