How much should I be feeding?

How do you know how much you should feed your bettas? I've been feeding my smaller ones 4/day. My bigger ones get about 5/day.

I'm not sure if pics would help with size, but these two are my smallest.

I've only had this one a few days. He seems bigger than the first two, but smaller than the red fish.

And this is my biggest one. I've had him for 9 months. I don't know how old any of them are though.

It all depends on what pellets you are feeding your bettas, how big they are, etc. That being said, I usually feed my adults 3-4 Atison's Pro, or 4-5 NLS betta pellets.

Sorry, I don't have any experience with omega one, maybe someone else will be able to help.

Omega one, I did 3 pellets twice daily. But that was with my active female, so you might need one or two less, depends on the betta.

Activity level: the blue and black ones do the most swimming, especially at the front of the tank lol. The other two are more laid back.

I just don't want to feed too much, or too little.

You can always gradually increase the amount that way you can see who's belly can tolerate how much.
If you think you might be feeding too little, maybe add in one more pellet that day and if he looks too rounded at some point, you know what he can tolerate.
