Aww hugs!!

I know how depression and anxiety feel. I don't medicate myself for my disorders right now either. I did go to a doctor and was on meds when I was in middle school and high school.

I feel like sometimes meds can help a person and sometimes people are better off without meds. It can sometimes take a while to figure out what med works for each person.

It's okay with Ophelia now thought I still miss her. It had been her time to go. She lived far beyond her years. I'm not really a religious person but maybe I do think angels are real and Ophelia was a very real angel, white and all. She's just back where she belongs.
