Oak leaves

I want to use oak leaves as a tannin for my betta tank but, the problem is which kind of oak leaves should I use? Or does it matter? Pictures of the right leaves would be nice.

I don't think it matters as far as the type of oak but different types of oak leaves release different amounts of tannins.
