Aka blow it to smithereens via a goodly amount of the aforementioned explosive stuff.
As for the breeding mills, I am currently dealing with two cases from such a place. A buff colored pekinese who is missing an eye, and most likely blind in the remaining one and is most likely deaf. She also has severe hair loss all over and looks absolutely pitiful. It just breaks my heart thinking about how she was housed in a damp, dark, smelly, cramped place with other dogs and left to starve or eat her own feces.
I am also dealing with a Boston terrier, mother of three puppies, who are a couple weeks old, and she has severe hair loss all over her back and sides. The smallest of her puppies, the runt, is giving me a lot of worry.
