Folded fin?

Yesterday I noticed his dorsal fin was clamped together and his bottom fin was curved in. Is there something wrong? I've had him for a little more than a week.

Welcome to the forum and sorry you are having problems.....We need some more info...

How big is his tank, water temp, additives used, filter, live plants, tank mates, how much and how often are the water changes, appetite-food/feeding info.

Since you have only had him for a week-has he had any other issue/illness and if so, treatments tried if any. Other than the fin issue any other changes like-buoyancy problems, gasping, flashing, lethargic, stopped eating...etc...

Where did you get him and is he your only Betta/aquarium....

I got Nyx at PetSmart and he's the only one I keep in my 1 gallon bowl. It didn't seem like he was lethargic, his color was fine, and he ate normally. I change the water once or twice every week, depending on the condition of the water and I feed him 4 pellets per day. I also haven't tried any treatments.
