Can anyone tell me the best way to buy betta's. I have gotten my last few at Petco/Petsmart/local pet store. One is doing awesome in his big 5 gal tank, and then others seem to live a month then die. I have been told that they may be old when I purchase them, and have been cautioned about having them shippped. I love them, I love the exotic looking ones and would like my second tank to have a fish in it.Thanks.

Look on aquabid.com, they have lots and usually they're pretty healthy.
