Exclamation NitrIte spike! PLEASE help!

I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but today my power went out for 4 hours... I just tested the water in all of my tanks, and all seems normal except for my 5 gallon. The nitrite spiked up to 4-5 ppm. I don't know what to do! I don't want my Betta to die overnight :(
