Um, why is that horrible? They were happier together than split up. They never once attacked each other, in fact they would go lay in the hidey home together. I have pics of it because the Petco guy didn't believe me when I said I had them together. It only would have been "horrible" if I mistreated them, which I didn't- they were cared for properly. All I did was take the divider out when I noticed that they stayed close to each other but never flared.

The one was very pretty, he was a VT with peach, green, blue, red, silver and purple. His friend was just a plain blue VT betta.

Well last I checked this post wasn't about housing two males together. I asked if anyone had used either of the tanks I posted.

If you got cash you can get the same tank for $10.00 from petco right now,they have a dollar a gallon sale for a few days.

You can get a power filter for 8.09 from dr foster and smith, meant for desktop tanks. It has an adjustable flow and won't blow your betta all over the tank.

I really like my Fluval filter. It has to be baffled, but it's run by foam and I have it baffled by filter foam so lots of place for BB to grow on.
