Betta has a "white" eye.

This happened almost over night. One side is normal and the other eye has white around it.

Picture of the questionable eye:

Did a 100% water change a week ago, doing another today, filtered 24/7 with Marina I25 internal filter in an Aqueon evolve 2. Did a little research on ICH but I don't think it is that because the white spots do not resemble what I have read that ICH should look like.

WHAT?! I was thinking something along those lines but wasn't sure. Predisposed for it or what? I keep very good care of this fish and I've only had him for about 3 weeks! It doesn't really seem to affect him. He's his same chipper self.

One last question: where do I find such antibiotics -- Petsmart? Or do I need to find a better fish store?

I get all my medications at petsmart. Last time I was there they had some specialty popeye stuff, but it varies store by store. It's generally in with the cleaning supplies and water conditioner. :)
